AH Projects were approached by a UK Spas for this flagship Project in Bath.
With the property grade 2 listed, there were a huge number of hurdles to completing design on the scheme and seeking Planning, Listed Building and Advertising consent for the proposals all within a very short time window in order to comply with specific requirements on the lease agreement.

AH projects surveyed, designed and submitted the required applications within the timeframe allowing legal completion and all consents to land. The detailed scheme design was completed allowing for the conversion and fit out works and the Spa was launched successfully in Autumn 2025.
