AH Projects were appointed Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers for this prestigious £7m new build housing development in the village of Alvescot.

Detailed Bills of Quantities were produced for the build and these were worked up into package budgets and a contract sum analysis to value monthly and agree drawdowns with the bank funder. Programmes of work were produced and reported monthly along with detailed progress reports to the client team.

As part of the process AH suggested redesigns to the scheme that realised an additional ten bedrooms to the dwellings and increased the gross development value by over £1m. The project was completed to a very high standard in 18 months and the properties all sold quickly.
