Arron Hyatt carried out initial high level budget costings for this project to convert a Dutch barn and Stone Barn into luxury holiday let accommodation. With design work completed very detailed Bills were produced to enable procurement and management.
The project construction was managed through a very challenging 9 month timeframe and included complete roof replacement and refurbishment of the existing farmhouse, a new infinity pool on raised terrace with pool plant and laundry under, cinema room, steam room, gym, entertaining and dining spaces. The project won the International design award 2024 for refurbishment and conversion.
