The Boot, Barnard Gate
In 2022 AH Projects were approached to work as designers for the Conversion of this old Public House into two new dwellings.
Our innovative approach immediately impressed the developers and we were appointed to carry out the design service comprising survey of existing buildings and provide design proposals for the conversion including large rear extensions to form new kitchens and family rooms, plus master suites.
As part of our remit AH Projects commissioned land surveys, asbestos surveys, ecological appraisals and bat surveys.
Planning permission was granted for the scheme including change of use to residential in November 2023 and working with an appointed contractor the scheme was delivered to a very high standard within 11 months.
